dirty room cleaning service
The staff were super friendly. That was acceptable.
the room was dirty and the so-called cleaning service was limited to making the bed only. i stayed for three nights, yet my coffee cup from the first day remained in the room half full throughout my stay. the floors were dirty and had clearly not been vacuumed or mopped.

I found the location to be super convenient with easy access to the metro. the staff were really friendly and quite helpful with directions. the room and the bed provided were very comfortable. i liked that there were only rooms on each floor. It.
the food selection for room service was a bit limited for my taste.

Really good Stay at a Fashion-Forward Hotel
great location helpful staff quiet air conditioning
The hotel location is superb. It is close to many shops and excellent restaurants. The staff was AMAZING. Alex was helpful when I needed to reserve a room. The bedroom was perfectly soundproofed. The air conditioning worked SUPER quietly.
The rooms were surprisingly small. There was little space for our luggage.

prime location quiet courtyard lobby bar
location was really prime, near many attractions and transport. my room, a superior room, faced the quiet courtyard. i liked extra touches like the honor bar in lobby and water pitchers.
room size was a little petite, left little room to move luggage about.

sweet touch quiet room fashion vibes
this hotel felt so intimate and charming. the staff greeted me with such warmth, offering coffee and danishes upon my arrival, a sweet touch. my room on the third floor was so quiet. i really love the hotel design, it is very fashionable.
i thought the rooms was quite small. more space for luggage would have been welcome.
